Absent:

Public hearing called to order.

1. Roll call of trustees.

2. Chairman Wills indicated that village council is required by law to have a public hearing and that council is open to receiving input from members of the public on the proposed budget for 2016-2017.

3. There was no input from the public.

4. Meeting adjourned.
