THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF BRANDON WILL HOLD A PUBLIC

HEARING AT 395 MILL STREET, ORTONVILLE, MI

ON NOVEMBER 2, 2016

AT 7:00 P.M.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT KNOWN AS SHELMAR LANE SAD #3 AND FOR HEARING ANY OBJECTIONS TO SUCH ROLL, ACCORDING TO THE RESOLUTION

OF THE BOARD DATED OCTOBER 18, 2016

The Assessment Roll, as prepared by the office of the Township Supervisor, has been filed with the office of the Township Clerk at 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan, and is available for examination at said location, along with the Resolution of October 18, 2016, during regular business hours.

Persons objecting to the Roll must present objections at the hearing or by filing the objections in writing with the Township Clerk before the close of the public hearing.

Shelmar Lane SAD #3 has been established for the repair and replacement of an existing culvert, apron and guardrail on Shelmar Lane. All real property located within the Special Assessment District will be assessed a proportion of the cost of the project.
