zoning amendment z 2017-01
At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Groveland Township Board, held on Monday, September 11, 2017 the following changes were approved by a vote of 5 to 0.
Z 2017-01
02-01-176-003, Bedrock Express 1290 N. Ortonville Road, Ortonville, MI 48462. A front section (western) of the parcel going east from REF to B-3, The remainder of the parcel retains the current I-1 and REF buffer.
These amendments will become effective immediately. Copies of the complete rezoning are available for your inspection at the Groveland Township Office, 4695 Grange Hall Road, Holly, MI during regular business hours.
