The League of Women Voters Oakland Area is sponsoring a Candidate Night for the 46th District State Representative candidates on July 13, 7 p.m. at Orion Township offices, 2525 Joslyn Road.
The district includes citizens of the villages of Lake Orion, Oxford, Ortonville, Leonard and Holly and the townships of Orion, Oxford, Addison, Brandon, Groveland, Holly and Rose.
Members of the audience will have an opportunity to meet and pose questions to the candidates.

The North Area Citizens Conference is sponsoring a Candidates Forum for all Orion Township candidates on July 15, 7 p.m. at Orion Township Hall.
The forum will be presented live on Orion Cable government channel and rebroadcast several times during the two weeks prior to the Aug. 3 primary election.
Jim Milford is the moderator for the evening.
Members of the audience will be invited to ask questions of the candidates. All interested citizens are invited to attend.
