The League of Women Voters – Oakland Area is sponsoring a Clarkston City Council Candidate Forum, 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17, in the Clarkston Independence District Library meeting room, 6495 Clarkston Road.
The forum will be managed and conducted by the league. Volunteers will collect questions on cards from audience members and present them to the league moderator, who will pose the questions to the candidates.
The event will be video recorded by Independence Television for broadcast on a later date.
