SOLID WASTE MANGEMENT
Notice is hereby given on November 25, 2019 Village of Ortonville Council adopted an amendment to the Code of Ordinances Title V: Public Works; Chapter 50 Solid Waste Management; §50.99 PENALTY
§50.99 has been amended to change penalty for violation of the Solid Waste Management Ordinance from a misdemeanor to a municipal civil infraction.
Effective 30 days after publication.
