Get your tennis shoes ready.The Orion Township Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its Annual Dragon Dash race on May 4.
Township trutees on March 17 authorized parks and recreation director Rock Blanchard to apply for a permit from the Road Commission for Oakland County to conduct the race.
The Dragon Dash is a 8K run/walk, to begin at 9 a.m. and end at approximately 11:30 a.m., with participants following safety paths and roadways along Joslyn, Waldon, Walmsley Circle, Wareing, Eaton Gate, Baldwin, Sandoval, Cedar Key and Scripps.
