Born August 14, 1982 in Petoskey, Michigan.  He is survived by his parents Sandra and Michael Purgiel; two children, Michelle Purgiel and Brylee Ratcliffe; two brothers, Robert Ratcliffe and Jeremy Purgiel; grandmother, Edith Woloszyk; two sisters, Raquel Ratcliffe and Melissa Wieske; aunts and uncles, Brian (Sue) Woloszyk, Brenda (Bob) Neault, Michelle Bentely and Peggy (the late Wayne) Woloszyk; he was preceded in death by his brother, David Ratcliffe, III.  Memorial Mass of the Resurrection will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at St. Anne Catholic Church 825 S.
