Goodrich-On Monday night the village council OK’d the verbiage for two job openings to be posted.
The Superintendent of Public Works position is open following the resignation of Ethan Campbell last month. The council appointed a former DPW employee as an tempory worker.
The council also moved forward with the job posting for village administrator/clerk. The opening comes after the council voted 3-2 in June to not renew the contract for Jakki Sidge. She will be on the job until November. The posting for both position will be in The Citizen newspaper and village Web site. The administrator position will also be in the Michigan Municipal League Web site.
