ATLAS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

REGULAR MEETING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2019 AT 5:30PM

Members absent:  P. Major

Staff present: D. Lattie, S. Bullen, S. Wilkerson, E. Klimek

The board took the following actions:

1) Adopted the agenda as amended.

2) Adopted the department reports as presented.

3) Adopted the Motion to add December 2018 minutes to the agenda for approval.

4) Adopted the December 2018 meeting minutes as amended.

5) Adopted the January 2019 meeting minutes as amended.

6) Adopted the Workshop minutes as presented.

7) Adopted the Treasurer’s report as presented.

8) Adopted Motion to approve disbursements contingent upon presentation of Chase Card account explanation.

9) Adopted to approve Resolution #2019-03 Charitable Gaming License.

10) Adopted the Motion to approve Fire Chief to represent the Township for the Sourcewell Agreement.

11) Adopted the Motion to set Truth in Taxation Public Hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 5:30pm.

12) Adopted the Motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:22pm.
