Location: 4341 Sherwood Road
Request: Applicant request variance from:
1. Section 46-242 (1) c. to allow for an accessory building in a residential front yard.
2. Section 46-242 (1) d.5. of an additional 400 sq. ft. over allowed accessory footage.
