Charter Township of Brandon Township is currently
accepting proposals for:
Architectural Design & Management Services for all CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) projects within Brandon Township for 3-years.
Submittal Requirements
Place proposal in a sealed envelope addressed to: Brandon Township Clerk’s Office, 395 Mill Street, P.O. Box 929, Ortonville, MI 48462-0929, include Firm’s name and address with all enclosures.
Deadline is 12:00 P. M on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019. Any bid submitted after 12:00 P.M. will not be considered
BID OPENING: at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at location previously mentioned. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
DESCRIPTION: The Charter Township of Brandon is looking to hire an Architect firm for 3-years to provide design services and construction management for all Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects within Brandon Township.
Proposal: Provide your familiarity with Davis Bacon and other federal programs, administration experience, construction management, unit of costs for all staff capacity and three (3) references including company name, contact person, address and phone number.
Each bid will be evaluated on a 100-point system using the following criteria: 25 points for each category:
Provide a list references including design & construction management customers:
List experience working with CDBG:
List Administrative Capacity:
Include Cost:
The contract will be awarded to the company who scores the highest and is declared the best service provider for the Township.
