The Charter Township of Brandon Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing September 25, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at Brandon Township Offices, 395 Mill Street, Ortonville, Michigan 48462 to hear the following appeals:

1) Section 46-242 (1) to allow an accessory structure in the front yard.
2) Section 46-215 to allow front yard setback of 18’.  A total of 22’ under the 40’ set back minimum required.
3) Section 46-242 (1) d. 3. to allow a combination of attached and detached accessory structures to exceed the ordinance by 424 SF, for a total of accessory building square footage of 1,424. The allowed square footage is 1,000 SF.
This meeting is open to all members of the public under Michigan’s Open Meeting Act.
