SOLID WASTE MANGEMENT
Notice is hereby given On July 8, 2019 Village of Ortonville Council adopted an amendment to the Code of Ordinances Title V: Public Works; Chapter 50 Solid Waste Management; §50.05 Requirements at Site of Generation-Preparing Solid Waste for Collection.
§50.05 has been amended to include: With the exception of commercial dumpsters, solid waste pick-up is only allowed on Mondays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. When Monday is a federal holiday the pick-up day will be Tuesday.
Effective September 1, 2019.
