On December 16 at 7:05 p.m. the Orion Township Planning Commission will assess a conditinoal rezoning request for Skalnek Ford. The applicant seeks to rezone three parcels including an unaddressed parcel from general business 2 and single family residential 3 to general business 2. The other two parcels located on Markdale Ave. are requested to be rezoned from single family residential 3 to general business 2, with conditions.
