The following items were approved:

1. Agenda

2. To post the village manager position in The Citizen and on recruitment Web sites

3. Deadline for applications: Friday, 26 August, 2016 at 5 pm

4. Hire an interim village manager

5. Conduct an exit interview with Mike Lee.
