ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

At the Ortonville Village Council meeting on September 26, council accepted the first reading of a proposed zoning ordinance change.

The proposed amendment is of several sections of Chapter 4.3 of the Village of Ortonville Zoning Ordinance and covers the type, size, and standards of signs placed in the village. The complete text is posted in and outside the village office and on its Web site for review before adoption.

Potential adoption date: October 24, 2016 at village council meeting

Proposed publishing date: October 29, 2016

Proposed date the ordinance will become effective: October 31, 2016
