To reach this goal, Hessler established a customer satisfaction 10 point rating system that gives his work an overall score. Each customer will receive a survey after the project is completed.
In conjunction with this, Oxford Oaks Landscape offers full warranties on workmanship completed, a two-year warranty on plants with the exception of damage caused and a one-year warranty on structural aspects.
