The Oxford Area Community school board elected trustee Judy Kubina as the board’s new vice president with a 5-1 vote. Trustee Lee Barclay was the only member to vote against the motion.
Kubina will be taking over the office for Steve Drakos, who resigned from his duties as a trustee earlier this month.
