Orange barrels will be sprouting in Addison Township this summer as the Road Commission of Oakland County (RCOC) last week announced its updated road improvement list for 2003.
Lakeville Road from Lake George Road to Curtis Road is slated for $1.4 million worth of reconstruction and resurfacing beginning in June.
Rochester Road from Orion Road to Lakeville Road will receive $4.5 million in reconstruction and resurfacing beginning in July.
Craig Bryson, a RCOC representative, said each project could last “at least two to three months, possibly more.”
Both projects will be paid for entirely by the road commission, Bryson said.
