Members of the Oxford Lions Club will be around town Friday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 4 selling copies of the Oxford Leader as part of their annual Goodfellows Newspaper Drive.
The Leader’s donated 500 copies of this week’s issue for the Lions to sell, primarily at the intersection of M-24 and Burdick St.
Proceeds from the sales will be used to purchase toys, clothing and food for Christmas baskets that will go to local folks in need ranging from little kids to senior citizens.
