Independence Township Parks and Recreation celebrates summer with a School’s Out Party, Thursday, June 9 at Deer Lake Beach.
The beach will be open from 10 a.m.-8 p.m., with DJ and inflatable bounce house activities from 1-3 p.m., weather permitting. Admission is free. Grilled lunches are $3. Students of all ages are welcome, but children under age 12 must be supervised.
