Brandon Twp. — Tuesday Feb. 21, was Senior Night at Brandon High School, and the Lady Blackhawks made sure their three seniors went out in style, crushing Holly by the final score of 64-33.
“Brandon dominated the Broncos in every aspect of the game, once again showing the improvement that has made them a scary team to play heading into districts next week,” said Head Coach Jason Sheldon. The win was the second in a row for the Lady Blackhawks who are peaking at just the right time heading into tournament play in March.
Brandon was led by Riley Abney with 32 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 7 steals. Jada Brady had 15 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists, and fellow senior Lily Harvey added 5 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.
