Students in Kay Moreau and Caroline O’Connor’s first grade class at Belle Ann Elementary School participate in Principal Appreciation Week by inviting principal Mark Rodak to a special poetry reading. Students read selected poems and shared illustrations and scientific notes. Poems and notes were about mice, since the class recently observed the birth and growth of nine mice pups during a study of mammals. Crackers and cheese were enjoyed by all after the reading.
