The township board postponed action on an hours of operation denial appeal for a parcel on Baldwin Road (just south of Brown Road) during their meeting on Monday.
The postponement came at the request of the petitioner (Eugene Scypinski), though what action the board could have taken is unclear, as the planning commission (which denied the request earlier this month) has yet to approve their minutes from their previous meeting.
