Ortonville-After completing demolition in August, Larry Simms, owner of Simms Chevrolet, 110 M-15 says the two-story 55,000- square foot expansion project, which includes a new showroom, service greeting area, quick-lube and children’s play area, is on the right track for completion.
‘We’re scheduled to complete the project in mid-January,? said Simms. ‘Down the road from us Randy Wise Ford says he’s expanding too’I think it’s great. (Wise is) a neighbor, with the both of us working, I think the community as a whole will benefit from both dealerships. Residents don’t have to leave town to find a car.?
Randy Wise purchased Arrants Ford last month. Larry Simms purchased the dealership in 1992 from Owen Chevrolet.
