Sports physicals good for the 2004-05 school year at Oxford High School are being offered on August 3 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. at Lakeville Elementary.
No appointment necessary. Each physical costs $20 and students must have a completed consent form with them. Checks can be made out to P.O.H. Medical Center.
