Brandon’s girls golf team experienced a mixed bag of results in recent action.
The Blackhawks dropped to .500 in Flint Metro League play with a 205-225 loss to Linden May 10 at the Spring Meadows Country Club (par 36).
Brandon’s record is now 4-2 overall in dual meets and 2-2 in league competition.
The Blackhawks? Laura Kwiatkowski was the top golfer at the meet with a round of 42. She was followed by Becca Scherer at 56 and Katie Koontz at 63.
Rounding out the Brandon varsity were Tiffany Harding (64), Casey Nesterowich, and Tiffany Wood (67 apiece).
Three days earlier, the Blackhawks defeated visiting Lapeer West 202-226 at Goodrich Country Club May 7.
