A public hearing will be held at 8 p.m. on Oct. 18 by the township board of trustees to gather public comment regarding the proposed amendment to the land use change consent judgement concerning property on Squirrel Road.
The consent judgement is between Orion Township and Dutton Partners, LLC, for property on both side of Squirrel between Silverbell and Dutton.
The property is the piece that developer James Faycurry had considered trying to have annexed to Auburn Hills.
