The Oakland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of property damage on Waldon Ridge Drive on Nov. 14.
According to an OCSD report, a 44-year-old man said an unknown person threw a brick through his basement doorwall glass slider. Damage was also done to the neighborhood entry sign and lights.
The man told the deputy he was woken up at about 5 a.m. by a loud bang. He investigated, and found a brick had been tossed through the doorwall.
The man’s neighbor said he was also woken up by what he described as the sound of nail gun going off. He said he looked outside and saw the lights to the subdivision sign were no longer working.
The OCSD patrolled the area but were unable to locate any of the suspects.
