‘Approximately 55 percent of tickets paid on-line were from the 52/3 District Court in Rochester Hills,? Judge Julie Nicholson said.? Those individuals who utilized the system were able to pay their tickets without having to travel to the courthouse and taking off work.?
The four divisions of the 52nd District Court process tickets from more than 20 police departments and handle some 106,000 civil infractions annually.
