Lake Orion High School seniors and varsity soccer players (from left) Shelley Marick, Holli Finneren and Jessica Boyle signed letters of intent to play college soccer on Feb. 2. Marick, a three-year starter and senior captain, will play for the University of Detroit. Marick is second for the Dragons goals and assists, and is a member of the All District Team and Academic All State Team. Finneren, a four-year starter and two-year captain, will play for Georgia Southern University. She leads the Dragons in assists every year, according to her coach Ken Snage, and was named to the All District Team, as well as the Academic All State Team. Boyle, a three-year starter and captain, will play for Oakland University, and led the varsity team in scoring her sophomore and junior years.
