Atlas Twp. – Medication stolen from a local family is sparking action by local police.
On Feb. 10, Atlas Township deputies responded to a report of a breaking and entering at a home in the 10000 block of Hill Road.
Upon investigation, police found a broken door jamb. Missing was medication.
It’s the third time the medication Ultraset’a non-narcotic pain reliever sometimes used for fibromyalgia patients ‘has been taken from the home in an 18-month period, says Detective Sgt. Joe Parks of the Genesee County Sheriff Department Atlas Township Precinct.
The suspect is believed to be known by the homeowners.
‘We’ll get to the bottom of it,? said Parks.
