A local medical office contacted Oakland County Sheriff deputies on April 25 to report efforts to fill fraudulent prescriptions at three pharmacies.
The doctor said pharmacists contacted his office after a subject attempted to obtain the medication Vicodin. Reports said the written prescriptions had the doctor’s name and address, but pharmacists noticed the Drug Enforcement Administration number was incorrect.
One pharmacist described the suspect as a white female, 5 feet-8 inches tall, 180 pounds with blonde hair.
