Goodrich – Phase II of Creekside Village has received its final approval, and is waiting to get fire suppression wells.
A handful of houses are still for sale in the development, located near Dutch Road and Pontiac Street.
Situated near Kearsley Creek, the two-phase project includes a total of 34 modestly-priced and sized homes ranch, colonial, and story-and-a-half homes in the Goodrich school district.
