Goodrich – By the time buses are making their back-to-school runs, village officials hope dirt roads will be less dusty.
The second annual application of calcium chloride brine should be applied to Goodrich side roads soon, says village administrator Jakki Sidge, at the cost of $1,584.
The dust-controlling brine will be applied by the Genesee County Road Commission.
‘Hopefully we’ll have it by the time school begins depending on the county’s schedule,? Sidge said.
