The Lake Orion girls varsity basketball team was still undefeated last week, going 8-0, 3-0 in OAA III, after defeating Royal Oak Dondero and Troy at home.
The Dragons won against Dondero on Sept. 20, 63-13, as Rachel Traurig led the team with 10 points. Cortney Kimmel, Cara Booker and Trisha Dalrymple each had eight points in the game.
Chelsea Richards finished with five, while Cara Slossan and Rachel LaRocca each had four points for the Dragons.
Lake Orion defeated Troy, 41-37, on Sept. 22, with LaRocca leading the team with 10 points.
Kristin Larsen followed with nine, while Kimmel finished with eight. Slossan had six points for the Dragons.
Lake Orion traveled to Ferndale on Sept. 27, and travel to Birmingham Seaholm on Sept. 29.
The team returns to LOHS on Oct. 6, to host Stoney Creek.
