The LO Village Council has approved a request from Downtown Lake Orion to close village streets starting at 5:30 a.m. for the Flower Fair, May 20-21.
Broadway from Front north to Shadbolt will be closed, as well as Flint from Anderson west to Lapeer Street, on both days, from 5:30 a.m. on Sat., until 7 p.m. on Sun.
Stop signs will be placed on E. Shadbolt at Anderson, for both east and westbound Shadbolt traffic, creating a four-way stop. A stop sign will also be placed on E. Flint at Anderson, for all westbound traffic, creating a three-way stop.
