The Michigan Shock AAU 16U-Brydges girls basketball team, based out of Lake Orion, placed third recently in the Michigan Division II State Tournament and will go on to Orlando, to compete in Division II Nationals in July.
Lake Orion High School juniors Cara Booker, Trisha Dalrymple, Cortney Kimmel and Alex Leas all play for the team, along with players from Rochester Stoney Creek, Rochester, Lapeer and Avondale High Schools.
