The 14U Orion Chargers went 3-0 in the Hillsdale Sandy Koufax 14U districts on July 13-14, and won the championship game in an 8-inning, 6-3 thriller over a very good Jonesville, MI team.
The Chargers will now head to the North Central Sandy Koufax Regional in St. Michael, Minnesota on July 18-22. There will be twelve teams at regionals from Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Michigan.
The Chargers will play their first game on today against a team from Illinois. The winner of regionals will advance to the Sandy Koufax 14U World Series on July 26-29 in Douglasville, Georgia.
