Goodrich-The traffic light at East Hegel Road and M-15 became functional about 2 p.m.Thursday. The West Hegel Road and M-15 intersection traffic light, about 600 feet to the south, will also remain operational until an MDOT study is concluded and a final recommendation can be presented, say village officials.
