Dear Editor:
I could not believe the front page of The Reminder newspaper Aug. 1 last week. Only a few days from the election and a pair of candidates come up with a stunt to get their pictures in the paper to help their campaign along. I think this was really low class and I feel sorry for this pair. I also think The Reminder paper was unfair to the rest of the candidates running for the same offices. The Oakland Press should have known better. When my current subscription runs out, I will cancel The Oakland Press and only read my favorite paper, The Citizen. They remain fair to all candidates and, as always, print a great, quality newspaper.
