Pine Tree Elementary’s PTO is hosting a fundraiser at the Lake Orion Burger King (M-24, south of Kmart) on Jan. 23, 5-8 p.m.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards Pine Tree’s fifth grade class trip to Toronto.
Although donations are always welcome, they aren’t necessary. Patrons inside and at the drive-through window of the restaurant simply ask for their receipts to be donated to Pine Tree. Parent representatives will be on hand inside and out to facilitate collections.
Pine Trees fifth graders are traveling to Toronto in May. The two day trip includes a trip to the zoo or science center and culminates in watching a live performance of “The Lion King.”
