More than a hundred motorcycles roared into Springfield Oaks County Park Sunday to kick off the Inaugural Armed Forces Appreciation Day Honor Ride and Rally. The event, which honored fallen Michigan soldiers Army Spc. Byron Fouty and Army Pfc. John Dearing Jr., was organized by Gordy Diber, Fouty’s step-father.
