Not everybody had a good time in Oxford last Saturday at Celebrate Oxford. Lake Orion resident Crystal Cowell lost her puppy — 15-month-old Bruiser.
She left Bruiser in her car and paid her cell phone bill. When she came back to the car, parked in the southeast municipal lot, a few minutes later, Bruiser was gone.
‘The car door was ajar, and she wasn’t there,? Cowell said.
She reported Bruiser was missing with the Oxford Village Police Department.
