Santa and his elves visited Keatington on the Orion Township Fire rescue truck, Dec. 11 and loaded it with collected new or gently used clothing and blankets for the Baldwin Center in Pontiac, new toys for the Lions Club and canned goods to stock Fire Department food baskets. The drive was part of Orion Goodfellow Firemen and Keatington Santa Collection Day
Keatington neighbors also donated money (checks payable to Orion Goodfellow Fire Department) to purchase food baskets.
Anyone interested in helping out can still contribute to the food baskets. Any fire station will accept your check.
