Clear Lake Elementary students took a break Friday from their usual reading, writing and arithmetic to increase their cultural and global awareness through a special event called ‘Backstage Pass to the World.?
All K-5 students spent the entire day going from classroom to classroom learning things such as Kung Fu, belly dancing, salsa dancing, yoga, world drumming and paper-related crafts from China and Japan.
