Owners of 90 N. Main got the go ahead to move forward.
Voting 6-0, Clarkston City Council approved second reading of the Zoning Ordinance Overlay District Amendment, which includes the residential component.
‘Hallelujah,? said Bob Roth, owner of 90 N. Main. ‘We’re happy it’s passed.?
Next step is file an application and submit a site plan to the City Planning Commission. Once approved by the planning commission, it will be submitted to city council for final approval.
‘Hopefully we’ll come up with a plan and be in shortly,? Roth said.
