The Lake Orion Village Council approved part of their 2012 budget Jan. 9, starting with a budget for Orion Neighborhood Television. Township Ordinance 80 and Village Ordinance 16.050 Section 5 require approval of ONTV’s budget by the Village Council and the Orion Township Board before it can become effective.
