Lake Orion’s Village Council reviewed an application to divide land on a parcel at 51 N. Broadway on Jan. 9. The Planning Commission previously ok’d the application on Oct. 6 and recommended the split. It is believed by some council members that the split is meant to accomodate parking for the new 51 N. Brewing Company that is tentatively opening in early 2012.
